I love simple recipes…especially when the culinary effect is spectacular 🙂
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of your favorite flakes or expanded seeds; I recommend to mix together expanded tender rice and expanded crisp millet (proso)
- 1 -2 tbsps of honey
- 4 tbsps of chia
- 2 tbsps of ghee butter
- 3-4 tbsps of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp (6g) of agar
- 5 tbsps of almond (or coconut) milk
- 1 jar of favorite jam
- seasonal mix fruit to cover
Boil agar-agar in milk on low fire, stirring until thickened. Let stand for a few minutes to cool.
Add boiling water to chia and let stand for a moment to cool.
Mix rice, millet, honey, chia, butter and oil. Then add milk and mix it one more time.
The dough mixture should have a compact and sticky consistency. Cover your baking tray with greaseproof paper. Spread the mass in the baking tray evenly. Leave in the fridge for a few hours.
Cover the tart with jam and fruit.
